I’m an undergraduate student who is currently studying different elements of the vast world of computer science. Some of my interests as of right now are in the field of data science and AI. I look forward to using what I learn to create projects that are sustainable & useful.

I have experience in Python, C++, R & some Java. I also have experience in relational database systems like PostgreSQL & mySQL, a necessary requisite for deploying applications.

I recently interned at MetLife, where I was part of a team consisting of talented data scientists. There, I learned how to use Azure DevOps for Machine Learning to improve my team’s playbook by learning what ML pipelines are, and optimizing the playbook code. Working while following the Agile methodology helped me become a productive team member that [mostly] followed a logical flow to meet deadlines. I also possess a Google certification in Data Analytics, which reinforced my ability to make data-driven choices while simultaneously improving my data science skills.

Currently, I’m working on three projects: What-a-Match, Cup of Joe and NY Population Analysis. As an Asian-American studies minor, I’m looking for ways to research topics that are of service to my community.

Special thanks to my friends, mentors & professors; their teachings on not just academia but life, have been invaluable.
